Jump Start YourNursing Career at HCA by considering our Specialty Training Apprenticeship for Registered Nurses (StaRN). This New Graduate Nurse Program is designed to prepare you to succeed in ahospital environment. The StaRN Program is a facility sponsored, HCA ledspecialty training initiative designed to provide intense post graduatetraining to a new graduate nurse. The program is comprised of a combination ofdidactic training, high definition simulation and clinical preceptorship at thesponsoring facility. As a new RN in our StaRN Program, you will receive theeducation and support necessary to develop the judgment, skill and knowledgeyoull need to become the highest caliber nurse.

Qualifications
Position Requirements (Minimumqualifications for the position to start)
Graduate from anaccredited school of nursing
State specific RN Licenseor have an ATT letter to sit for licensure exam or state-approved temporarylicense prior to the cohort start date
